Reason? We were the only one with a link. I quote “I do not want to use
a company which does not have a website” or words to that effect. When
I told the person (an out of towner) that the others probably had
sites, but that I paid for the link, the response was that they were
even more convinced to do business with us rather than those who did
not have the foresight or marketing understanding to ensure that their
links were live.
