Forgive me Port Elizabeth for I Have Sinned

has been 7 days since my
last confession
and since then I have:
- Failed to inform people to NOT link to or talk about MyPE
in any way,
shape or form lest they get a breathy menacing phone call from a
certain ‘developer‘
informing them that by doing so they are practising some form of
xenophobia. - Grudgingly stood by whilst someone (You know who you ARE!)
removed 6
rocks from the beach. - Took Transnet’s
name in vain. - Failed to get a photograph of our Mayor in an overall doing
his 67
minutes – good one Mr Mayor. - I missed the Winter
Ocean Racing Series. - Against my better judgement I added a listing
to the MyPE directory
after following a link from a SPAM e-mail (Please remove me from your
spam email list MIKE
- I see that one of your slogans is “Success
through Integrity” well, sending SPAM is not a good example of
Integrity – at least do something for someone for free before sending
unsolicited mail). - Wrote a difficult crit of the Chartroom
Restaurant and Phoenix
Hotel. - Was secretly happy that the Apprentice Longhair was too
sick to go to
school as it would give me the chance to do some extra work. - The universe observed my happiness and delivered our
domestic goddess,
Wendy Pikoli, sick to our doorstep, so I had to send her home and do
some housework as penance.
For these and other sins that I care not to mention I ask for
forgiveness so that I can go out and sin again with a clear conscience.
