Port Elizabeth IPL 20 Cricket Match Fixtures

www.MyPE.co.za: What
always fascinates me is the sheer volume of people
interested in and writing about Cricket and the Indian Premier League.
Since the
announcement that the IPL was on it’s way to South Africa the number of
Google Alerts that I have received mentioning Port Elizabeth have
skyrocketed as every Cricket mad Indian Blogger has written about the
move to South Africa and mentioned the seven matches scheduled to be
played in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

That the IPL is lucrative is a given. The amounts of money paid to
players is insane and I am sure that millions change hands in betting
shops and private bets worldwide.

At present in South Africa, we have the ICC World Cup and the Proteas
vs Australia. The holding of the IPL, another World Class Event, in
South Africa is another feather in the cap of of Cricket Administrators
and a further vote of confidence in our ability to stage World class
events ahead of the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup.
