part of a collaborative drive to bring more high powered, influential
speakers to the region, PERCCI
and the NMMU Business School have
partnered to bring outgoing Reserve Bank Governor, Tito Mboweni, to
Port Elizabeth for a business breakfast with the local business

“It is important for our Business School to provide executive events
that add value to our network of business people in Nelson Mandela Bay.
It is also a great honour to host the outgoing governor of the Reserve
Bank and to showcase Port Elizabeth as a vibrant city on the way to
greater things,” said Prof Piet Naudé, Director of the Business School.

PERCCI CEO Kevin Hustler added that the Chamber strived to facilitate a
positive business environment in the Bay by stimulating debate among
business leaders. “Mr Mboweni is an engaging and highly articulate
speaker. I have no doubt that he will contribute significantly to the
debate on local and national issues,” he said.
