Ward 5 Sector Crime Forum AGM

Ward 5 Sector Crime Forum will be holding a Special AGM on Wednesday 1
April 2009 at 17h30 in the Edward St Methodist Hall.
The purpose of the
meeting is two fold:
1. To fill vacancies on the Richmond Hill Sector Crime Forum executive
as follows: Vice Chair, Treasurer and 4 committee members.
2. To establish the Richmond Hill Civic Forum and also to elect the
committee as follows: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and 4
committee members
Proceedings will be done in an open and transparent manner and
nominations will be accepted from the floor and voting will be done by
show of hands.
Any person interested in becoming a member of either committee may
indicate their willingness prior to the meeting to Riana Entwistle.
As indicated at the meeting last month, Supt Solani will provide the
community with a crime statistic comparison for the period March 2008
to March 2009.
